The mission of the Journalism Department is to give our understudies the chance to consider the field and the different aptitudes that go into a vocation in Journalism.
Our capacity is to give a pathway to exchange to a four year program or the chance to finish an Associate of Arts degree and Award of Achievement at City College. Likewise, we offer Certificates of Completion for overhauling abilities or centered ranges of study.
We are focused on giving understudies lab involvement in the composition, distributed, and the circulation of both a magazine and a semiweekly daily paper. This is done in a situation that nearly takes after nature of an expert newsroom, utilizing computerized innovation to paginate, alter, and distribute the paper.
